Peanut Butter Banana Donuts with Chocolate Glaze 🍩👇🏼🍌 Makes 6 donuts Ingredients: Banana Donuts ¾ cup flour (120 g) ¼ cup cinnamon cookie batter protein powder (20g) ¼ cup creamy peanut butter (62g) 2 tbs maple syrup (40g) ¼ tsp baking powder ¼ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt 1 tbs applesauce (20g) 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ¼ cup oat milk (62g) 1 ripe banana (105g) Chocolate Glaze 1 scoop protein powder (37g) 3-4 tbs milk of choice 1 tbs cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/3 cup crushed peanuts for topping, if desired Directions: 1.Preheat oven to 350F degrees & spray donut pan with coconut oil 2.Combine all the dry ingredients (flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt) in a bowl 3.In another bowl mash ripe banana 4.Add applesauce, peanut butter, egg, vanilla extract, milk, and maple syrup to bowl with mashed banana 5.Whisk to combine 6.Fold dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just combined 7.Fill a piping bag (gallon sized zip lock bag works just fine) with batter, cut the tip of the bag, and fill donut wells 8.Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown 9.Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack 10.While donuts cool prepare the glaze 11.Whisk together protein powder and cocoa powder 12.Add milk 1 tbs at a time until desired consistency is reached (~3-4 tbs) 13.Remove donuts from pan and dip in glaze 14.Sprinkle with crushed peanuts, if desired Hope you enjoy!! #iam1stphorm #1stphormrecipe #baking #yum 😋
