Lazy day BOOTY + ABS 🔥🍑 I didn’t feel like hitting the gym this morning so like, thank god I’m used to working out from home 😂 got my @recreationsweat bands out and did this burner of a circuit. Took less than 25 minutes and you don’t need any weights! ⚡️ Quick question— what do you guys want to see next for workouts, warmups, activations, etc? Summer cocktails (or mocktails) in full effect 🤌🍹 I went with a muddled raspberry coconut piña colada spritz and umm, the most refreshing thing I’ve had all WEEK. The new flavors from @goultima are beyond 🤤 ⠀ They’re perfect to dress up 👆 (recipe below) for happy hour or down whenever I need some quick electrolytes while I’m training or on-the-go 🏃‍♀️ I love these little packets, esp the new Mocktini Variety because they’re a great balance of all 6 electrolytes (calcium, chloride, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium and sodium) with trace minerals for optimal hydration 💦 ⠀ Try out this summer mocktail (or add a splash of tequila) and let me know what you think 😍 the electrolytes are available on ultimareplenisher.com ⠀ Small handful fresh organic raspberries Handful ice 1 stick @goultima Coconut Piña Colada electrolytes 2 oz water 1 oz sparkling lime water Lemon slice Peach/nectarine slice ⠀ Directions: muddle raspberries at the bottom of your glass. 4x loaves later and she’s perfect 🥲 if you’ve been up to date with my stories, I’ve been trying to perfect this gluten-free zucchini bread recipe for you guys… Aka trying to use up my zucc’s that are growing as max capacity 😂🍆 but I DID IT 🥳 and it’s SO GOOD, you have to make it!! Also leave more ideas below for what I can make next. Chocolate zucchini muffins are already on the list 😎 ⠀ Ingredients: 2 pasture-raised eggs 1 mashed ripe banana 1/2 cup almond butter (any nut or seed butter to substitute) 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups shredded zucchini, then drained + squeezed 1 cup almond flour 1/2 tbsp cinnamon 2 pinches of nutmeg 2 tbsp coconut sugar 1/2 tsp sea salt 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup dark chocolate dairy-free chips, plus more for the topping ⠀ Directions: preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Whisk or use electric mixer for all wet ingredients (everything through vanilla extract). Shred zucchini and measure out in 2 cups. Fold paper towels about 4x, or use kitchen towel, and squeeze out all the liquid before adding to the mixing bowl. Whisk again until thoroughly mixed. Next, gently fold in dry ingredients, just enough until fully combined (don’t over stir!). Prep loaf tin with parchment paper, then pour in batter. Top with chocolate chips then bake for 55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean 😊 let cool for AT LEAST 40 minutes before you dive in.
